I recently completed the ‘Down Time’ session and it was a great way to learn the fundamentals of pottery. Nellie is such a great teacher, I will definitely be booking in for another session in the near future. She has created such a welcoming space and the morning tea provided was absolutely divine.

The workshop I did with Earth and KLA was one of the most relaxing and fun experiences I have ever tried! Nellie is an incredible (and very patient) teacher. Each workshop is carefully curated with beautiful attention to detail (right down to the amazing morning tea provided). I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to try their hand at pottery or to anyone wanting to share a relaxing and fun experience with friends/family.

I had such an amazing morning of pottery with 3 friends. Nellie is such a calm and attentive teacher. I felt relaxed and really enjoyed the process of learning to use the wheel and also hand making some things. Highly recommend this as a group activity with friends.

What an absolutely gorgeous morning we had at Earth and KLA. Everything about our session was fantastic, super yummy afternoon tea and wonderful teaching and coaching by Nellie. I can’t remember when I’ve had so much fun! Wonderful!!

My mum, sister and I had the most amazing experience with Nellie at her studio, Earth & KLĀ Ceramics. We enjoyed hearing about Nellie’s story which was engaging and inspiring. We found the whole experience to be very therapeutic and thoroughly enjoyed creating our own individual pieces. It was lovely to spend time together doing this activity, away from the stresses of everyday life. The workshop was lovely, morning tea was super delicious, and we all highly recommend it!

Spent a lovely Saturday morning with my Mum doing the High Tea Workshop. Nellie is an absolute delight! We felt welcomed from the get go and encouraged and supported throughout the class. Nellie is a wonderful teacher and we were pleasantly surprised with what we were able to create with her guidance. The morning tea was also yummy! Highly recommend! We can’t wait to collect our pieces after Nellie does all the hard work firing and glazing.
